Shipment:

All deliveries are made to the address provided by customers. We kindly request accurate information during checkout. Upon request, our customer support team can provide you tracking ID once your order has been shipped.

We utilize reliable services such as DHL, FedEx and Sky-net for shipments. If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days, please contact our customer support team. Please note that deliveries to certain countries, including Russia, Israel, India, Brazil, Iran, Iraq, OFAC-sanctioned countries, are currently unavailable. However, we’re working to expand our shipping capabilities.
