What payment methods do we accept?
We accept the payments in the form of Paypal, Visa Card, Master Card, and American Express.
How should I pay on the website?
- Pick the product, select size and press the add to cart option.
- Fill out all the initial required details and then lead towards the payment procedure.
- Add all the details precisely about your credit card number, expiry date, and CVC ( card verification code).
- Then proceed to checkout and you and you are all done.
Which payment methods we do not entertain?
We do not entertain the E-cheque payments, or cash-on-delivery (COD).
Is my payment transaction secure?
Obviously yes. According to our privacy policy, we are not allowed to retain your sensitive or private data. After the successful delivery process, we discard that data immediately. Why was I charged more than once?
Yes, there are some possibilities of getting charged more than once. It could definitely happen because of the occurrence of any technical issue either from the payment processor’s end or maybe due to your unstable internet connection. But you do not need to worry about this, as you will be getting your funds back to you within 5 – 15 banking days. You just need to address the issue with proper details to our customer care department. We will report the payment processor and your bank. You can also contact your bank to address this problem.
How will I know whether my order is confirmed or not?
Right after placing the order, you will receive an email from our site through which you will get notified that your order has been placed successfully.
