Refund Policy:

Terms and Conditions for Refund Policy:

- You receive a different product than what you ordered.
- You can get the product in another size.
- You receive a damaged item.
- The product you receive is completely incorrect.
- You get a different color product.

Terms and Conditions for Exchange Policy
The parcel must be in original condition.
- The product that you’re going to exchange must be free of defects.
- You should not change the product yourself if there is a change to it. We will not accept any returns if it has been altered.
- Before applying for an exchange, make sure that you have not washed the product.
- Make sure the product is not in a used condition.
- If you wish to exchange a product you have received, please do not remove the tag.
- Please include a valid reason for the exchange in the email you send us.
- Remember that this time you are responsible for all shipping costs. We do not charge anything for the exchange.
- The product must be returned to the same warehouse where it was originally purchased.
- When returning the product, use a service that will provide you with a tracking ID/number. Share the Tracking ID with our customer service department after receiving it. This will make it convenient for both you and us.
- You will receive a replacement product within 2 weeks.
- Last but not least, we will not alter customized products.
Return and Exchange Procedure
It is easy to exchange or return your item. You should first read our policies if you have concerns about your parcel. - The steps for returning and exchanging a product:
- Take a picture of the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Send a short email and explain why you would like to return or exchange the product.
- Include a photo of your product.
- After crafting a proper email then send us that at sales@jacketsy.com.
- You will receive a response from our team within 24 hours of receiving your email.
- After we have determined whether or not you are eligible, we will share with you the address for returning the item.
- Then, you are instructed to use a courier company that will provide a tracking ID so that you can keep track of the product.
- Please share the tracking ID you received with our customer service team.
- We will send you an email after receiving your order.
We will move forward once we have checked the product, and it has passed all of the inspection steps. Our account department then proceeds to the next step and transfers your funds. Our finance department will clear your payment within 3 working days if it’s a refund. You will receive your cash back within the 7-14 days of banking.
Please note that it may take up to 14 days for some banks to refund the money to your account.
