Shipment:

All deliveries are made to the address provided by customers. We kindly request accurate information during checkout. Upon request, our customer support team can provide you tracking ID once your order has been shipped.

We utilize reliable services such as DHL, FedEx and Sky-net for shipments. If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days, please contact our customer support team. Please note that deliveries to certain countries, including Russia, Israel, India, Brazil, Iran, Iraq, OFAC-sanctioned countries, are currently unavailable. However, we’re working to expand our shipping capabilities.

International Shipping:

Shipping typically takes no more than 9 business days. This includes 4-5 business days for manufacturing and an additional 3-4 business days for delivery.

Delivery Time:

Once your order is shipped, products typically take 3 to 4 business days to reach you.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, we will email you tracking ID so you can monitor its progress and anticipate the delivery date.

Shipping Restrictions:

Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
